Profile icon on the server

We tidied up the footer bar of the server and moved most of its functionality into a new Profile icon at the top right of the page. Click this icon to change your password, flip the mode from dark to light or logout.

Dark mode for the Server

The Server, like the Designer, now also has a dark mode. By default, the server will use dark mode after updating it. To change the mode, click on the new profile icon and flip the toggle button to change to Light mode.

Various other GUI fixes, bugs and enhancements

• Fixed issue when pasting multiline value into a secret setting in the Designer
